Stuart Adams

Stuart is from a large merino wool growing farm in Western Australia and began producing his own range of merino wool sports wear marketed globally in the late 1990’s from wool grown on neighboring farms. Stuart was one of the pioneers brings merino wool into the outdoor industry and his company was the first on the planet to be awarded the EU Eco-label in 2002 for merino wool fabrics.

Stuart has spent a life career in agriculture while also pursing an equally challenging career in socially and environmentally responsible textiles as an exclusive agent representing factories in Australia, China, Hong Kong and Indonesia. Stuart has worked with some of the largest sports and fashion labels on the globe helping them transition to more environmentally friendly textile solutions.

Stuart has been a key contributor to the creation, implementation and auditing of international certification standards covering animal welfare and land management criteria for agriculture.

The Uniqohr journey has been a lifetime career goal to close the loop on the merino wool supply chain , from wool grower to customer, and rewarding the wool growers for contributing to these amazing performance products and being suitably acknowledged for the hard work and dedication for creating a better world.

 

Magdalena Wosik

Mags is a competitor by nature—on the field, on the slopes, on the water, and in the air. She is a competitive polo player, ski racer, sailor, and certified diver, with a love for mountain biking, tennis, and aviation. An aspiring rotor pilot, she thrives on challenges that demand precision, courage, and strategy—qualities she brings equally to her professional world.

Off the field, Mags is an accomplished human capital strategist and global recruitment leader with two Master’s degrees—one in International Affairs and another in Marketing & Management. She has built a career architecting talent strategies for some of the world’s most innovative pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and advanced technology organizations.

Her expertise spans highly technical, innovation-driven industries, where she navigates complex global talent landscapes with clarity and vision. Mags has also designed and implemented global mobility frameworks that enable companies to attract, relocate, and onboard top-tier talent across three continents. With a data-driven, systems-level approach, she delivers results that help organizations not only adopt cutting-edge technologies but also build the resilient talent infrastructure to sustain long-term, scalable growth.

 

Gordon Ritchie

Gordon is a seasoned marketing and sponsorship executive with over two decades of leadership experience across sport, entertainment, culture, and corporate sectors. His expertise spans strategic marketing, brand partnerships, rights management, and sponsorship measurement—consistently delivering commercial results and brand impact.

He has worked across a wide range of properties—from sailing,Snowsports, football and motorsport to arts festivals and major global events. He has historically owned Sports retailers, Entertainment venues and customer facing profitable businesses with high involvement in people driven objectives. 

Gordon has held senior roles leading cross-functional teams and directing innovative sponsorship campaigns that connect brands with audiences in meaningful ways. He is known for his ability to blend creative thinking with commercial acumen, managing complex stakeholder relationships while maintaining a sharp focus on ROI and long-term brand value.

 

Steven Danson

Steven Danson is an online advertising executive with more than 20 years of industry experience. Recognizing the need for an efficient, centralized platform to distribute targeted advertising across multiple media channels, Steven Danson founded Keyword Digital in 2011. Since its inception, he has established Keyword Digital as a major distributor of contextual, keyword-driven ads to major search engines and media outlets.

Steven was responsible for helping some of the largest North American retail market leaders capitalize on site traffic through the world’s first retail ad network. Steve continues to act as mentor and facilitator of multiple successful technology start ups.

Steven studied business, economics, and political science. He continues to guide the growth of Keyword Digital from its offices in Montreal, Canada, with a core focus on building mutually beneficial relationships and helping businesses maximize return on investments.
