Performance,
Reconsidered.

Three decades of merino expertise.
One engineered system.

Built from the Fibre Up

For more than 30 years, Stuart Adams worked at the source of performance textiles developing merino specifications, building transparent supply chains, and helping establish the standards that now define responsible wool production.

Long before merino became a category, he was exploring how natural and engineered fibres could work together to deliver better performance. The concept was proven. The industry wasn't ready.

Today, it is.

Uniqohr brings together decades of fibre, fabric, and supply chain expertise to create a new generation of performance apparel. Every garment is engineered from the source fibre to the finished knit, guided by a simple belief: Performance is built, not assumed.

Verified Supply Chain

Transparency built into the system.

Performance begins long before a garment is worn. It starts with the source.

Our merino is sourced from Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) certified farms and supported by a fully traceable supply chain. Material data, environmental reporting, and carbon calculations are managed through Ecostance, creating a transparent record that can be verified, not simply claimed.

We believe accountability matters more than marketing. That's why we document our progress openly, continue working toward carbon-negative merino, and avoid making claims that cannot be independently verified. Because trust should be earned through evidence.

"Being early in systemic change can be indistinguishable from being wrong — but timing does not invalidate principle.”
