How do these garments fit?
Close to the body — by design. The Foundation Series is a performance fit. Snug across chest, shoulders, and torso iscorrect. If it feels like a regular T-shirt, it is too large.
Between sizes? Size down. The garment is built to
stretch with your body.
The garment looks smaller than I expected — is something wrong?
No. High-elasticity yarns mean the garment looks significantly smaller off the body than on. Try it before deciding it doesn't fit — the on-body experience is very different.
How should I choose my size?
Use the body measurements in our size guide, not your usual clothing size. Measure your chest, waist, and hips and match to the guide on the product page.
How do I place an order?
Order at uniqohr.com. Full payment is taken at checkout, confirming your place in the production run. Your confirmation email includes your order details and Ecostance tracking link.
What currencies and payment methods do you accept?
GBP, EUR, or USD via Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. Your card provider may charge a conversion fee for cross-currency transactions.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes must be requested within 24 hours at hello@uniqohr.com, before production allocation. Returns: UK/EU customers have 14 days from receipt; US/Canada customers have 30 days. Garments must be unworn and in original condition.
When will my order be shipped?
All Foundation Series orders will ship during October 2026 — a confirmed window, not an estimate. You will receive carrier tracking details by email when your order leaves our Poland fulfilment centre. If this window changes for any reason, we will contact you immediately with the option to cancel for a full refund.
How do I track production progress?
Through our Ecostance platform — the link is in your confirmation email. Each production stage is logged as it completes, from fibre allocation through to dispatch.
Can I change or cancel my order?

UK, EU, US, Canada, and selected international destinations. Confirm your country is supported at checkout, or email us at hello@uniqohr.com.
How long does shipping take?
EU: 3–7 business days. UK: 5–10 business days. US & Canada: 7–14 business days. International: up to 21 business days. All times are estimates from the despatch date.
Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?
EU: no duties — Poland is EU. UK: VAT collected at checkout on orders up to £135; duties may apply above this threshold. US & Canada: import duties are the customer's responsibility. We provide accurate customs documentation on every shipment.
